Biography
Gilly Lovegrove trained at Central St Martins where she gained a post graduate certificate in illustration. She has worked in design and advertising since 1989. Her interest has always been in art history, painting and in particular, portraiture. She now devotes her time to drawing and painting portraits.
Gilly teaches portrait drawing and drawing skills workshops at various venues including The National Trust’s Sissinghurst Castle Garden.
